🚀 Getting started

How do I create my first jingle?
Open "Create a jingle", fill in your business name and industry, tick what to include (greeting, hold message, promotion, opening hours) — and the system drafts a professional script. Edit it freely or click "Rewrite" to get a different style (3 writing styles). Pick a voice and a melody, continue to secure checkout — and the file is produced automatically into My account.
How long until the file is ready?
Usually 1–3 minutes from the moment payment is confirmed, and the page in My account refreshes automatically. 15 minutes passed and still no file? Contact support. The binding commitment in the terms: delivery within 3 business days — otherwise a full refund or a re-production, your choice.
Can I listen before I pay?
Before paying you can listen to: the ready-made samples on the homepage, a voice sample of every narrator in the wizard, and all the background melodies. Your personal file (with your script) is available right after purchase — including one (1) free revision round in case anything needs fine-tuning.
When can I download the file?
As soon as production is ready, every format opens immediately in My account (MP3, carrier WAV and G.711). You can listen, download, request a revision, compare saved versions and keep the one you prefer — there is no extra approval step.
How do I update an existing message (new promotion, holiday hours)?
Easiest thing in the world: in My account, open the details of the existing jingle and click "Duplicate & edit" — the wizard loads with the same voice, the same melody and the exact same script, you change only what's needed (the promotion, the hours, the phone number) and place the order. The previous file stays available. A business that updates regularly — a monthly promotion, holiday hours, seasonal messages — gains from a credit package: a reduced price per jingle, and the credits never expire. The included revision round is meant for fine-tuning the current order only — a content update is a new jingle.
What is a credit package and how much does it cost?
Buying several jingles up front at a reduced price: 3-jingle package — 249₪ (83₪ per jingle, saving 78₪) · 10-jingle package — 699₪ (70₪ per jingle, saving 391₪) · 20-jingle package — 1,199₪ (60₪ per jingle, saving 981₪). Every credit = one full jingle (voice-over + melody + the regular revision quota). Credits never expire and cannot be transferred to another account; the cancellation rules are in the cancellation policy.

🎙️ Voice, script and revisions

I didn't like the wording the system suggested
Before payment it is completely free and unlimited: the "🔄 Rewrite" button switches style (3 styles), and you can edit every word manually in the text box. Whatever the script says when you continue to payment — that is exactly, word for word, what gets recorded.
How many revision rounds do I get, and what exactly counts as a round?
Every order includes one (1) free revision round. The number is shown before payment and is locked onto the order — it does not change after you buy, and My account always shows how many remain. One round = one re-production, in which you can change the wording, the narrator and the melody together. Validity: 7 days from purchase — the exact date is shown next to the revision button in My account, after which the included entitlement expires even if unused. Not counted as a free revision: a mistake you typed into the script yourself (spelling, a number, a price) — which is why it's important to check it before payment. Quota used up or deadline passed? We'll gladly help via support, at a price shown up front and charged only with your approval.
A word sounds wrong in Hebrew
Happens mostly with first names and acronyms. Solutions that work: write the word the way it sounds ("double-u" instead of W), or add Hebrew vowel marks (nikkud) to the word in the script. Common words (הַמְתִּינוּ, אָנָּא) are already fixed automatically by the system.
Can I get a voice-over in English or another language?
The system is tuned for Hebrew, but the voice engine also supports English and other languages — write the text in the desired language in the script. Mixed sentences (Hebrew + an English brand name) work great.

💳 Payment and account

Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Isracard, Amex), Bit, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Processing happens on a PCI-DSS-secured payment page of Grow — card details never pass through us and are never stored with us. The displayed price is final and includes VAT.
Do I get an invoice / receipt?
Yes — a receipt is sent automatically to the email you registered with, right after payment, directly from the payment system.
Can I cancel a purchase? Under exactly which conditions?
Single jingle: cancellation with a full refund is possible as long as production has not started; from the moment the file has been produced — it is a custom-made product that cannot be returned under section 14C(d) of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (the revision quota still applies, of course). Credit package: cancellation within 14 days — a full refund if no credit was used, a proportional refund if some were used (minus the full-price difference and the statutory cancellation fee: 5% or 100₪, the lower). The binding wording is in the cancellation policy.
I forgot my password
On the login page click "Forgot password", enter the email you registered with — and a reset link is sent to it (valid for one hour, single use). Didn't arrive? Check the spam folder or contact support.
Can I cancel a credit-package purchase?
Within 14 days only, as the law provides. Important to understand the math: if you used credits, the package discount is void — every used credit is charged at the full single-jingle price, and the statutory cancellation fee (5% or 100₪, the lower) is deducted from the balance. A full worked example with numbers — in the cancellation policy. After 14 days there is no cancellation, but the credits never expire.

🛡️ Transparency: the safeguards in the system and why they exist

Why is there a verification code (captcha) at sign-up and login?
To block bots and automated software. A simple one-second math exercise — no tracking, no external services, no data collection. Clicking the image refreshes a new exercise.
Is there a limit on login attempts?
Yes — up to 10 login attempts per 10 minutes and up to 5 sign-ups from the same network address (IP). Passed the limit? Wait a few minutes and try again. It is a standard defence against password guessing.
Are there limits on creating orders?
Up to 10 orders per hour per account — far beyond any reasonable use, and it exists only to stop glitches and automated software. Need more (agency/reseller)? Talk to us and we'll open it up for you.
What data is stored about me?
What the privacy policy details: your account details, your orders and scripts, and operational logging (including IP address on sensitive actions such as login and purchase) — for security and fraud prevention only. Card details are not stored with us at all.
Why are revision rounds limited?
Every production runs paid AI engines for real. The included revision round is meant for fine-tuning — not for creating a different jingle for free. Changing the essence of the message or the business = a new order (it is also written in the terms, section 7). The system is built to be fair to both sides.
Are the samples on the site protected?
Yes — the listening samples carry a subtle audio watermark and are not usable as a business file. The file you purchase is completely clean, with no marking at all.

📞 Setup guides — by telephony provider

What do you send the provider? My account has a download button for every format a PBX could ask for — included in the price, no surprises:
· Carrier WAV (PCM 16-bit, 8kHz, mono) — this is the file you send in most cases. If the rep asks "which format" — say: WAV, eight kilohertz, sixteen-bit, mono.
· G.711 µ-law / A-law (8kHz) — for VoIP PBXes, Asterisk and IVR systems that require G.711 encoding specifically. The file is also half the size — good when there's a size limit.
· High-quality file (MP3/WAV) — for your website, social media, and digital/cloud PBXes.
· Studio WAV (44.1kHz) — full source quality, for editing and archiving.
File sizes are shown next to each button — a typical carrier file weighs only 300–600 KB, far below any upload limit.
Bezeq / Bphone
Call 199 (the business support line) and ask for a "hold-music update" for your PBX. Send the WAV file you received to the email address the representative gives you. Typical handling time: 1–3 business days.
Cellcom Business
Contact the business line (*266) and ask to replace the "music on hold" (MOH). Attach the WAV file. On some plans the service carries a small monthly service fee — that is Cellcom's charge.
Partner Business
At the business line (*054) ask for a hold-music update. Send the WAV file (8kHz mono — exactly what the system produces). They perform the installation on their side.
Pelephone Business
Business service *166 — ask to replace the hold music and send the file by email per the representative's instructions.
HOT Telecom
Business line 1-800-077-077 — ask to update the Music on Hold of your business PBX and send the WAV file.
Cloud / IP PBXes (Voicom, Bezeq International, 012, Volume, Voicenter, etc.)
Open the PBX admin panel → audio settings / Music on Hold → upload the file. Most systems accept both MP3 and WAV. If there is a size limit — use our WAV file (8kHz, extra small).
💡 Note: some telephony providers charge for the playback service itself on their PBX — best to check with them. That is the provider's charge and unrelated to us: with us you paid once and the file is yours forever.
