The full file is generated automatically right after payment — usually within 1–3 minutes it's ready to play and download in your personal area (our formal commitment: within 3 business days, or a full refund). Before buying you can preview every narrator and every tune in the wizard, and the ready-made samples above.

Every order includes one (1) free revision round — the quota is shown before payment and locked to your order. One round = one re-production of the same order, where you may change the script, narrator and tune together. Not covered: fixing a typo you entered in the script (spelling, phone number, price) — so check it before payment; the system reminds you too. Extra rounds are available through support, priced and approved by you in advance.

Every format a phone system can ask for — included, no extra charge: (1) a high-quality file (MP3/WAV) — for your website, social media and most digital PBXs; (2) carrier WAV (PCM 16-bit, 8kHz, mono) — the exact format Cellcom, Partner, Bezeq, Pelephone and HOT request; (3) G.711 µ-law and A-law — for VoIP, Asterisk and IVR systems that require them; (4) studio WAV (44.1kHz) — master quality for editing and archive. With your purchase you receive commercial usage rights for the file — unlimited in time, royalty-free, for your business (telephony, website, advertising). Good to know: the voice-over is produced by an AI voice engine (not a human narrator), and the background tunes are synthesized in-house for the system, with no samples from existing works. The price on this page is the final price — a one-time payment, no subscription, no renewals. Worth knowing before you buy: once the file has been produced for you, by law the transaction cannot be cancelled and no refund is given (a custom-made product — section 14C(d) of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law); your revision quota covers adjustments instead. And one cost that isn't ours: some phone carriers charge for their "music on hold" feature — that's the carrier's fee (worth checking with them), and it exists with or without us.
